Who is This Chef Pete Guy?
Just like millions of people before me, I came to the USA in search of the American dream. A delicious dream, full of textures, flavors and spices, accented by the all the different native and immigrant cultures that shaped it.
As a trained pastry chef, I left my native country of Hungary and crossed the Atlantic in search of all the amazing foods that this land of dreams can offer. And I did find that dream by owning and operating two restaurants and breweries and living the American Dream.
Now in the next chapter of my life , I want to share all the knowledge of the last two decades of my culinary adventures by keeping the dream alive one dish at a time.I hope you enjoy my recipes as much as my family and I do. Now let's get cooking!
